I remember hearing about this around 1978 while on a family vacation driving through Wisconsin. I heard about it at one McD's and then when we went to another, I planned to order it. Alas, it was only available in certain test markets and I never saw it again, although I saw that it appeared on some McD's order pads (when they used to do the orders by hand).
