Haven't as yet, but I'm going to give this recipe via Ann(Nov. 09 comment) a try. My introduction to Lemon Thins came in the early 50's during Vacation Bible School at Wesley Memorial Methodist Church in Mechanicsville, Va. just outside Richmond. Not knowing their proper name, I just considered the source and they became "Jesus Cookies" - even after I learned how to read. Hopefully, this recipe will be an answer to a prayer!
