Comments left:	the problem with the "recipe" is that you can't do it at home because they used a big pressure cooker. about 5 gallons of oil in a huge pressure cooker is why they come out so juicy. I worked there in 79, after the rib days but I was just wondering why they don't do bbq chicken anymore. we used to pressure cook the regular chicken, then dunk it in bbq sauce and it was a big seller. now they don't do it. I remember my stoned out boss once we ran out of bbq sauce except for a little bit in the bottom of a plastic bucket, and we said "Bern, we are out of bbq sauce!" and he just went up to the bucket with a garden hose and squirted water into it and said "there, more bbq sauce.
