A visit to "Captain Kangaroo's" Treasure House for an in-studio TV commercial, which aired over CBS (3/13/67). Following the station break (model railroad with assorted Kellogg cereals shown), the captain pours a bowl of Corn Flakes with Mr. Moose, who dunks his snout in, covering it with milk. Kangaroo reminds Moose to "mind your table manners." Moose replies, "I can't help it! I can't handle a spoon!" Looking disgusted, Kangaroo introduces a cartoon with Tom Terrific and Crabby Appleton. This was from an early color show. Now, Mr. Green Jeans really had green jeans (they were gray in black & white).
