In the early eighties overseas in Germany we would trade anything and everything for all flavors, Cola was a top one. Also root beer, pink lemonade. Sizes were popular they had larger sizes. They were not sold overseas making the value higher. My dad brought me a couple boxes back from the states once. Some kids parents had catalogs you could order from. Wish I could order off those now.
