From the prime time TV vault, an early Jell-O commercial using time-lapse photography, comparing 1 2 3 to a competitor. Five different flavors included. This aired on "Gomer Pyle USMC" over CBS (9/10/68). General Foods sponsored the entire five years "Gomer" was on. Episode marks return of regular Ronnie Schell, who took a year off to star in "Good Morning World." Schell's character, Duke Slater (Gomer's buddy) is promoted to corporal and becomes Sgt. Carter's aide. Log Cabin syrup, Gravy Train dog food and Post Raisin Bran were other commercials. Network promo for "Good Guys" with Bob Denver.
