Pretty broad topic for a simple item. I believe Leaf made cinnamon Red Hots. Toward the 1980s, companies like Ford and Blair Candy (Tootsie Roll parent co.) exploded with bubble gum that looked or tasted like the actual food they were molded as. Since about 1981, the Accoutrements Company, Seattle-based but imported the gum from China, made the widest assortment. These include roast beef, turkey/pumpkin pie, cat hairballs, pizza among others. Early 200s, Ford made bubble gum shaped and flavored like cold cuts, packed to resemble Oscar Mayer meat (ham, bologna, salami). A weird trend!
