From issue #8 of "Welcome Back, Kotter" comics by DC, another variant Hostess ad starring the nefarious Penguin. Instead of Batman foiling him, his trained birds turn on him after eating Fruit Pies. The main comic story, convoluted, has Kotter, mistaken for a spy, taken hostage by other spies. A rubber chicken Horshack gave Kotter has microfilm inside. Kotter is taken to a helicopter, bound to meet a Russian submarine. The Sweat Hogs stow on the copter. Epstein disarms a spy, the pilot and spies bail out, leaving Kotter to bring the group down to safety. After landing, they're arrested for damaging a statue in Flatbush. At the jail, everything's cleared. Woodman shows up to gloat at seeing them behind bars. The guys are released, but told to repair the statue.
