Of course, with my name being Heidi, I had to have Heidi Doll!I believe I got her in 1965 or '66. She came in her short little red and white dress, with the red bow pinned into the top of her head and in her red purse. I remember the commercial, "She´s the only doll small enough to hide behind a rubber ball...Hi Heidi!"and yes, I got teased literally until high school, with "Hi Heidi!" to the tune of the commerical, and then, "What would happen if I pushed your tummy, would your arm go up?" To which teenage me would respond,"Don't try it!" I still have my Heidi and show her to my daughter, but she's still mine!
