From Memphis, I, too have been looking for over 7 years for any good info on the Heyday. At the USPTO website lists the cookie bars as being invented in 1912, trademark was retired in 1973. I found a Nabisco employee who never heard of Heyday. The real disappointment is the fact that all foods trademarked (and are in the active status)in the U.S.A. must have a extremely detailed desrip.& all the exact ingredients as well as the unique process by which the food item is made, even baking temps and times. It is only by this method that the USPTO can police the food industry and assist(and prosecute) commercial copycats. Just lookup the "OREO" at the U.S.Patent and Trademark Office site or on the Gov't website "T.E.S.S." assist. Help me if you can, Bill Boyd
