I remember when Six Flags first opened in St. Louis, Kitty Clover sponsored a contest where kids could send in a picture of a new ride, and several were picked to win a trip to the park. I was one of the winners - two nights at the (then) brand-new Ramada Inn down the road, plus two days at Six Flags, with food and souvenirs included. Still have the picture the local newspaper ran of me with my "ride"! Thanks, Kitty Clover!!
