Growing up in Wichita in the early 60s, my aunt worked at the Kitty Clover plant in the south part of town. My aunt was a Cajun. About once a month she would bring home a huge box of BBQ chips. Seemed they messed up and put way too much spice in them and they had to be pulled. No one else would eat them that hot but her, so she got them all. I always had an image of her "accidently" dumping a whole lot of stuff into the run so she'd have more really hot chips.
