Comments left:	I agree with everything Laura said :) I found a beautiful Gunne Sax dress a few days ago, which I'll be wearing to my upcoming prom. It's long but I'll be shortening it so that it falls on the knee. It's cream in colour and sheer, with long sleeves that button at the wrists & a waist sash. I think it's so lovely, but in all honesty I'm a little nervous about wearing it to the prom, since I know that all the other girls will be wearing modern strapless ballgowns! I'm going to team it with a pair of Victorian-inspired ankle boots, also cream, with a hidden platform & stiletto heels. I want an updo with loose curls here and there, and I'll be wearing a cream rose in it. What does everybody think? I feel so anxious about wearing it because a friend of mine saw the dress in its full length and laughed, even though they know I'll be shortening it [so now I'm worried about what people will think, which is really unlike me!] I'm tired of skimpy dresses, and I hope I'll be confident enough to wear it on the night. I want to look classy and elegant and "romantic." It's so nice to have found a place where others appreciate Gunne Sax dresses. I wish I didn't feel so worried! I really do hope that when I wear it to the prom, with those beautiful shoes & my hair and make-up done, it'll become "one of the dresses that gets the most compliments."
