Found the Dusty Springfield Great Shakes radio spot. She sings the jingle and reads the promo script. This aired on WLS in August, 1967. The DJ was Art Roberts in the late evening. Broadcast included commercial for the doomed Riverview Amusement Park on Chicago's north side, encouraging teens to "Go-Go" to the park. Art Roberts had a long career, starting in 1960 at WLS. His other Chicago employers included WIND, WKQX and WJMK. Mid 1990s, he was in Seattle. Another commercial on the block was for Kazoos, pants for ladies.
