Wow. I'd forgotten about these until I stumbled onto this site. I remember the tetrahedral packages but I can't remember all the flavers. I think there was vanilla, chocolate and chocolate malt, but maybe I'm confuing them with Carnation Instant Breakfasts. In any case, I remember we didn't use the shaker cup but used to throw the powder in a a blender with milk and vanilla ice cream. Mmmmm. Not sure when they first appeared, but whenever I hear "Little Red Riding Hood" by Sam the Sham and the Pharoahs, I remember drinking those great "Great Shakes". That would have been the summer of '66.
