I remember Glen Rock from the late 50's and 60's. Mom would take us there to pick the soda we wanted. Also remember going to a restaurant in a basement ( I think ) right across (north) of the old Waukegan High School ( East campus ) called Lindy's ( I could be wrong on the name ). Mom would bring me down to the Masonic Temple on Sheridan to let them work on my legs ( treatment set up by a dear elderly lady called Ms, Wesston ) and the Mom would treat me to a hamburger at Lindy's!
