WOW!! I talk about this some times and only some people remember Fruit Float. "Fruit Float Fruit Float Fruit Float!!" We used to say that all the time. I was about 8 or 9 at the time, growing up in Northern Maine, and I used to love the stuff! Every time I have peach Yoplait I think of Fruit Float. It's the closest thing I've eaten that seems the same. Yogurt was newish back in the early 70s, so maybe Libby's realized that canning yogurt wasn't such a good idea! Or maybe it was lethal... ha! Who knows why such an awesome product would disappear like that!
