I had a fidget, and as I now remember it was called "touch me." Mine was round, not octagon shaped. I loved it. I remember how cool it was. And like so many of the comments here, I've been thinking of it on and off for decades, but didn't remember the name. I think in my own mind I called it "a mood disk."
