I remember Burger Queen in Hazard Ky. I had my first meal from there when my friend who managed it slipped me in a burger and fries when I was hospitalized with a knee injury. I remember thinking at that young age, as young children sometimes do, how they should have had a marriage of the two. Burger King to wed or (in grown up terms) merge or buyout Burger Queen. The new name could have been Royal Burger. Of course a little prince burger and princess burger would be added to the menu as well as castle fries and malts and milkshakes. The whopper would have remained and renamed to the King Burger and the best selling sandwich from Burger Queen would have been renamed the Queen Burger to hold onto the history of the individual resturants. The whole royal family would be under one roof, just as it should be. And instead of Burger Queen selling and becoming Druther's which ultimately became her death sentence, she could have lived happily ever after in the royal chain.
