Another summer has past and no return of the famous exercise sandals. The basic flip-flop is the the style. Dr Scholls is just into foot care products. I think no chance of any comeback, but what I far cry for the hip-heydays when Dr Scholls sandals ruled, and after the rubber soles worn the wood would create the clapping sound. Most high school, college and mothers wore them. Red, blue and tan were prevalant. Strange how the fading away, just like the Candies platform shoes, and even the wooden clogs. Just wish some of these fashions would return. I heard in Europe this is still the norm. Never knew men dr Scholls but heard again not uncommon in Italy. Wonder how many old pairs still lost in basement and attic storage.
