When I first got these I hated them, they killed my feet. Once I got used to them I wore them all the time, and my legs did get alot firmer. You used to see them being sold in every drug store around and now you can't find them anywhere. Oh, you can find the new kind that doesn't have the bump under the toe but it's the bump that does your legs good. I wore mine for so long that the heel area was worn down all the way through the rubber sole part and was wearing down the wood part. I NEED SOME NEW, OLD STYLE DR SCHOLLS.
