I grew up in Presidential Lakes, N.J., in Burlington County, in the 60's and 70's. When my brother and I got sick, which was pretty rare maybe 3 times, we learned to dread one word, "Drink A Toast." Our parents gave it to us whenever we had the flu and were vomiting. If they even said, Drink A Toast" we would get very quiet and just start wishing they'd forget. But, no. They made us drink that stuff. It tasted horrible. And, it didn't stop us from vomiting. It only made us vomit even more. I don't know what's in it but I left that behind in my childhood.
