My sister and I got Dancerella for Christmas one year. She was a babydoll in a tutu - white with pink edging. Her hair was blond and in a bun. At the top of her head was a pink plastic "tiara" that jutted up. You would push down on it and one of her legs (in white tights with pink plastic ballet shoes) came up, the other stayed down "en pointe" and she spun in circles when you pushed down on the tiara.
