Comments left:	I had a cpo jacket when I was in Junior High in the late 60's. It was dark blue wool with black buttons with anchors just like the navy peacoat. Heavy weight wool with shirt tails and buttoned cuffs and a pointed collar, front patch pockets with flaps, unlined. I assumed it was military surplus. I have no idea how I came to have one but all of my sisters had the same coat too so it must have been cheap somewhere. Loved that jacket. I later had a womens RAF bomber style jacket with the same heavy wool and similar buttons. Pulled that out of a bin at Ragstock in Minneapolis in the mid-70's. Saw one on ebay a while back for almost $300. Out of my budget.
