There has never been another sucker on a stick to top the corn sucker. Frances Grocery could never keep them they were so ppopular. Their unique corn shape, the grape and red flavors were the best. Not to mention the penny, nickel, and sometimes quarter you would find in the center occasionally was an added bonus that kept you coming back for more Their taste was out of this world. I would give anything to have one today. Wish some candy maker would give an attempt to re-create that once famous and most popular delight.
