From Central Louisiana ..Yes, I was looking for a picture of the corn sucker as well. I recall grape and one other purplish one..burgundy, maybe? Don't know. I do know that I did not like orange but if that's all that was left, I bought it. My mother always claimed the money win there was going to poison us. That did not stop us from trying to win a nickel or a dime..never did. Only pennies.
