Looking at the location that most of you are from, I am inclined to think the only lucky ones to have the pleasure of 'cornsuckers' was those of us from Louisiana and Texas. Man oh man, were they fun and delicious. You're right. No one I talk to east of the Mississippi River know what I'm talking about when I describe this amazing candy. I think sometimes the reason they disappeared was the 'law-suit' factor. No memory of any problems, but I was a child. It was 1967 when I bought my last chance at a candy encircled magic coin. Great nostalgia. So glad I'm not alone. Peace
