Found a TV commercial for the Batman Cartoon Kit by Colorforms. This first came out in August of 1966. Included was an instruction booklet, a Gotham City scene board, and vinyl pieces of Batman, Robin, Joker and Penguin, plus some "POW-WHAM!" caption pieces. Slogan: Colorforms...What a Toy! Commercial aired locally on WGN in Chicago during the "Dick Tracy" and "Uncle Waldo" (syndicated name for "Hoppity Hooper," which was still on ABC-TV) cartoon shows in the fall of 1966.
