Comments left:	We kids used to have a pair of these back in the 70s ( around '77 or '78) when we live on base in Bellevue, Nebraska ; and they were kinda cool, but make alot of noise. The way you used them is quite simple: you hold the ring or plastic flat stick (this was attached to one end of the string), and you mkae the Clacker balls go up and down in a circular motion (kinda like a bat flapping its wings); causing the two balls to hit each other. The faster you hit them together, the louder the "Clacking" sound makes...They stopped making them and took them off the market, because the balls would crack and pieces would end up flying everywhere; hitting people in the head, arm, eyes, etc. and rushing them to the hospitals with injuries.
