Another memory (along with Bub's Daddies) of Salem Lutheran Elementary School in Blackjack, MO. In sixth grade we had a kid selling these cinnamon toothpicks for a few cents. He kept them in tin foil and then at recess, would offer them to us. Looking back, it seems it was kind of like a drug pusher, but back then, all I wanted was the cinnamon. For a while, I was hooked on them - but then I discovered Wacky Packages, and that's a whole other story ...
