I worked for Kings Food Host on 40th and South in the early 70's in Lincoln Nebraska. Worked for Sherman Rash,brother-in-law- to Jim King and Loretta. The best bosses I ever had as a kid. The cheese Frenchee was delicious as well as the fried chicken, graham cracker cream pie, Boston cream pie, and crumb cookies. I was waitress and helped cook breakfast before going to school. Our building is gone and replaced by a bank I think. I was in the back to move the cheese frenchees to the front. I remember the coating to be like soda crackers. I also wore the cap and small apron to waitress.
