My dad managed Kings on Cornhusker Hwy in the late 70's. My husband's mom was in charge of the bakery at the 9th Street location. Such good memories. Remember the huge shakes - they were served in a tall glass, along with the metal container it was made in, because it wouldn't all fit in the glass! The Frenchees and Rings were amazing - and so were those burgers...
