I worked at Kings in Lakewood Colo and here's my info: Cheese frenchees we made twice a week in big tubs. We used a crumble mix but it wasn't the same as the onion rings but close. We ground our own meat as it was needed, a 3/1 ratio and would store in tubs then ice cream scoop balls for the grill, hamburger steaks were two balls, leftover hamburgers were kept and used with new hamburger for chili which we made at the restaurant also. Pork fritters were premade frozen from somewhere. french fries were hand cut on site as was onion rings. Chili was homemade, other soup was canned. We had phones on the tables but no jukebox but the Denver Kings did have jukeboxes so some must have had them. Fun place to work and it was easy for employees to trade food to Burger King and Pizza Hut since everyone wanted frenchees (boss was cool with it so don't think we did anything wrong, employees meals just went to another restaurant since you could only eat there so much!)
