From the Saturday morning cartoon vault, Jean LeFoote tries a night-time stealth approach to swiping the cargo of Cinnamon Crunch, but Sea Dog and the kids thwart him without waking up Cap'n crunch. This aired on "Saturday Superstar Movie" over ABC (9/8/73). The second season opener featured an animated "Lost In Space" adventure, minus the original Robinson family. Only Dr. Smith (Jonathon Harris) is the only character adapted from the CBS series. The Robot looks the same, but is not voiced by Bob May. The Jupiter 2's commander is named Robinson, but much younger than original John. His kid brother tags along, and the other passenger is a young woman, Dena (voiced by Sherry Alberoni), a geologist who assists the crew in helping an uncharted planet (inhabited by robotic aliens) fight pollution, while greedy Dr. Smith tries to help himself to diamonds mined on the planet. Other commercials include Nestle Quik, regular Cap'n Crunch,, BIC Banana marking pens, Malibu Barbie, GI Joe and Honey Comb cereal Network promo for "Mission: Magic." Debut of "Multiplication Rock" for Nabisco.
