From the Saturday morning cartoon vault, pirate Jean LeFoote threatens to blow up the Guppy's entire cargo of Cinnamon Crunch over naming rights. Cap'n crunch tries diplomacy, but LeFoote lights the firecracker, blowing it up on himself instead of the cargo. This aired on "My Favorite Martians" over CBS (10/6/73). The show was a belated, animated sequel to the Ray Walston-Bill Bixby sitcom (neither actor was available, nor wanted to, voice the characters). Jonathon Harris voiced Martin. Howard Morris voiced Andy (Martin's nephew), Tim, Detective Brennan and others. Jane Webb and Lane Scheimer (wife of producer Lou Scheimer) handled the female roles. Also of note, Walter Tetley, voice of Sherman (Peabody), also did Dave, a member of Cap'n Crunch's crew, until his death in 1975.
