Back in the early 1960's, we use to get a package of frozen hamburger patties, What was unique about them was they were about the size of say 2 pressed paper pub drink coasters. The outside round was pressed with 4 very thin meat layers- you would perforate them with a fork. Frying time-about 2 minutes- but little air pockets would cook them. I miss them. It seems to me that the brand name was Polar ........(that was in Toronto)
