I loved these steaks called "Veal Steaks" that were frozen, four pieces with 4 squares of butter on it. It was oval and looked like a hambuger patty, I would fry it with the butter and sprinkle salt and pepper. It was the best hamburger or veal burger ever. Have not seen it since the 80's. Desparately looking for it, don't know the name, but if I see the package will recognize it immediately. Hope someone out there can help me.
