In 1970 my Mom, Dad, and I moved to a small town in Iowa. Dad wasn't very fond of fast-food and we rarely ate at McDonalds, Burger King, KFC, etc. That changed when he discovered Burger Chef. I remember chowing down on many Top Shef and Big Shef burgers...they were good! Then in 1975 we moved out of State to a city that didn't have a location. Bummer. Wish Hardees didn't can the Burger Chef brand and burgers.
