Black Cat bubble gum was THE best gum around in Saskatchewan Canada in the 1960's and 70's. With the slick black cat on the wrapper and the Flags of the World inside, there was no other gum to even consider! My friend and her brother and I collected all 51 flags of the world and chewed that licorice flavored treasure by stuffing as many pieces in our mouths as we could. If the day was cold enough the bubble would freeze and harden without getting all over your face...IF you were lucky!
