I remember both the U-No Bar and the Baffle Bar. The person who described the top thin layer as gelatin is exactly what I remember. The main part of the bar was fudge with the chopped walnuts. Then the whole thing was dipped in a very nice milk chocolate. I wonder if they used English walnuts instead of black walnuts if it would be more economical to produce. The bar tasted so homemade and good--nothing artificial tasting about it. I do hope someone will try to make them again.
