Comments left:	Washington Union High School was located in Centerville, CA; about 28 miles south of Oakland on the east side of SF Bay. I worked in the school cafeteria during lunch time and occasionally after school during the school years of 1947/48/49. Our icecream counter also sold frozen UNO and BAFFLE Bars. While attending my 50th High School Reunion, I found UNO bars in a local supermarket. After that I lost track of my favorite treat...in the year 2010 my Grandkids had heard the story through their mother and found the bars on Amazon and sent me a box of 24. I treasured this treat and only shared it with very close friends and family. I keep them in the freezer and remove them to the refrigerator about 2 at a time. I recently noticed that I had only a few left at this time and came on line to order another box. As with so many others, I wish we could still find Baffle Bars also. I am sorry folks.........I do not buy the fact that the Baffle Bar would be too costly to market again. They are afraid that they may not get the required mark up that they demand. You may have noticed that I attended high school over 60 years back. Had I been a year or two younger I could have been wealthy marketing a quality product such as the Baffle Bar. I thing they have forgotten that we are not dumb. The size of a candy bar has shrunk while the price has risen. What they makers have forgotten is that we know a quality product when we taste it.
