WOW ..I had this and played with it 24-7 when I got for Christmas, I beleive it was around 1979. At the time, nothing compared to it, as far as I was concerned. In the late '70's having a toy spaceship that knew whether you were pointing it up or down and have the engine sounds change accordingly was mind blowing...I swear I had to have spent the next 3 days after christmas trying to figure out how it worked...gimme a break I was only 9 yrs old 2 the time. The thing was just amazing....i've been looking to get another one to give to my 8 year old....he loves that kind of stuff
