Comments left:	Yes!!! I have been talking about Apollo Cake now for years! I have looked EVERYWHERE and no one sells it anymore. I honestly didn't expect to find it in California because I haven't been able to find a lot of things here that I could back east. Things such as Devil Dogs, Ring Dings, Coffee Time coffee flavored syrup (hubby's fav!), just to name a few. Oh, and haddock, the fish. when I mention haddock to anyone here, they don't know what the heck I'm talking about...even restaurants have never heard of haddock! You would think I lived on another planet. :-( John in Boston --- We share the same memories. When I was younger, I can remember going to the neighborhood corner store and buying cigarettes, milk, bread, TONIC, in GLASS bottles, Drakes 3-in-a-package cupcakes and Apollo Cake and "cuffing" it, which means to run a bill. To my knowledge, that's unheard of today. I miss those days. :-( some things were just...better.
