OMG! I really was starting to believe that I created this candy bar in my head! I was a young girl when my Grandfather had a corner store in Jamestown, NY. He would let me have any candy I wanted. I was in love with the 10:30 candy bar!!! My backup was the Skybar. But oh man... I loved a 10:30. I wish my memory was better because I have no idea who is the maker. I would buy a case today if I could get my hands on some!!!! :)
