yucca dew was one of the most popular shampoos from the 70s, along with "gee, your hair smells terrific", "lemon-up", "body on tap" "the farrah fawcett shampoo", "milk plus 6" and "short and sassy".
yucca dew was great it smelled great and your hair would feel so good!and brings back wonderful memories!
i loved yucca dew i still wish for it it left my hair easy to take care of and dry i have very curly hair and that shampoo worked for me i havent found a hair product to this day that is as good
My health food store Manager suggested I mix 1 oz.of Yucca extract with an 18 oz. bottle of Nature's Gate Jojoba shampoo and shake well. The result is a brown goo. Don't let the smell and color put you off. Best shampoo since Yucca Dew came out in the '70's!

I swear I fell in love with a boy in the 70's just so I could get close enough to smell Yucca-Dew on his hair!! We were too poor to buy it, but it sure smelled amazing!!! But he ended up being just a jerk with great smelling hair! LOL.
I adored the smell of Yucca Dew so much I would fond myself twirling and sniffing my long hair when I should have been listening in class. Remember...ooh ooh, it's Yucca Dew! Wish it could be brought back.
In 1972 I was the chemist at Alberto-Culver who formulated Yucca Dew shampoo. It was ahead of its time as we wanted it to be 100% natural. Even the green color came from plant chlorophyl. Yucca Dew was the highlight of my career as a chemist.

I wish they would bring back yucca few shampoo. The exact formula too. Smelled great and left your hair full of body and manageable. Nothing these days compare.
I'm with everyone else. The shampoos of today don't hold a candle to Yucca Dew!

Yucca Dew was the best.It made my hair soft and smelled wonderful. Wish it was still around.
