Description
these were along the lines of a pop-tart but instead of being rectangular and flat they were oval and coiled something like a flat cinnamon roll might be. it was fun to uncoil and eat them about an inch at a time until you got to the center! these were around when i was about 4 or 5 years old way back in late 60s. they were frosted the way pop-tarts are now and boy were they delish!!!

I absolutely LOVED these. They were like a brown sugar poptart but way better. More filling. I have never heard anyone mention them in over 30 years. I wish they were still around.
I too remember these.My favorite was the strawberry with the white frosting. I've asked many people over the years if they remember Toaster-go-Rounds,but until now no one has.
i have been thinking about them for 40 years and no one i ever tried to explain them to knew what i was talking about. The strawberry with white icing was my favorite too. Does anyone have a photo?
