These were similar to the taste of Cheezits or Cheese Nips--except they were like fat flat toothpicks--my mom loved these as did we kids!

These were great! My husband and I were just talking about these and how great they were. Why did they get rid of these?

My brother and I were just talking about this very thing. We love, love, love tid-bits why oh why did they discontinue making these crackers? It like the best comfort food ever! The GOOD OLE' DAYS.

They were good, sort of greasy, and with a vague sesame taste.

I don't care what anyone says - these were way better than the square cheese nips. Why did they discontinue these?

I miss these things. Definitely one of my favorite snacks from the seventies. I remember bringing them to school for a snack.

I loved these and doo dads....I would give anything for them to bring them back. Tid-bits were in doo dads along with mr. salty pretzels.

I started eating these in kintergarden. We had snack time where each week a couple of kids brought stuff to share. One kid had Tid Bits. We got maybe 5 or 6.I ate them and was hooked. We used to take our teeth and split them along the seam and eat each half. I did that into my teens. I think the last time I had them was about 20 years ago. They had Cheez-It sticks for a while but they weren't the same. BRING BACK TID-BITS !!!

Nabisco is going to be making Coconut & Sea Salt flavored Triscuts! Will Nabisco please stop making 20 different kinds of Triscuts and bring back Tid-Bits or Bacon Thins! Coconut does not belong in crackers, it belongs in Macaroons or Pina Coladas! Bring back the Swiss Cheese thins too please!

Nabisco's Tid Bits sold from 1968 to 1972, meant to compete against Frito-Lay's Cheetos. Tid Bits was a component of the Doo Dads mix, along with Mister Salty pretzels. In the long run, Cheetos proved more popular. Tid Bits sold at 50 cents for an 11oz. box.
