I think I remember there being a Taco Tico in Long Beach, CA where I grew up. I remember going there to get soft serve ice cream.
We still have many Taco Tico's in Wichita, KS.. the menu has changed a lot over the years, but still rather tasty!

Who out there remembers Schilling's Taco casserole in the green box? I know we had it in the 70's and thru the 1980's...all of the sudden I had a craving for it
