Wow I remember having fun with these sodas! I remember the commercial which was always about shasta root beer with people swimming around and being "drowned" in root beer foam while the shasta jingle played. Anyone remmeber chocolate soda by shasta? ickkk
Early 70's commercial...Shasta, whenever you have ta...what were the rest of the words & wheres the jingle???
Shasta still makes most of these, they are based in Hayward, CA and I only discovered them when I moved out here. They make the BEST diet Cola and the BEST EVER Diet Chocolate Soda. Not to mention Grapefruit! Yum! I LOVE the stuff and when I find it, I buy it in multiple cases. All their diet flavors are much better than the usual Coke or Pepsi flavors. Despite the earlier post, Chocolate Soda is great!
