Description
Super smooth and creamy. short jar. came in vanilla, cinnamon, chocolate, banana with different colored rubber lids that matched the flavor color. Also Kelloggs Danish-Go-Rounds poptart type of pastry. Looked like a long tube of filled pastry dough wrapped in to a spiral, baked and frosted just like a poptart, only with out the outside edge that to one likes! I have found "no one" but me that remembers these two things. I wish I could get ahold of them again.

I loved this stuff as a kid, but I think my folks only ever bought a couple of jars because it was apparently too expensive for the quantity offered.
thats too bad Will:( -because i would PAY your folks about 700.00 dollars for just one jar of each flavor!!! i loved that stuff-ask me about my research on time travel,if it works i will eat a lot of koogle and other 1970's food! i will bring some back and share!
I remember Koogle. Yes my parents too wouldn't buy it because of the price...lol! Good memories! Now I'm searching for a milk chocolate candy with hazelnuts (oval shaped and had the word nutbud written on the top) anyone remember these?
My parents used to buy this for us when we were kids...I miss it so...it was so good...I am looking to find the drink super 2..it was flavoured milk..I remember the commercials the teenagers would be driving a jeep on the beach and they would drink super 2...does anyone remember this?
Yes, I remember Super 2. I still have that commercial tune stuck in my head: "Ooooo, Super 2, its built like milk, but never seen before. Aaaa, banana! Vanilla! Chocolate! And Strawberry tooo, ooooooo, Super 2, its built like milk, but never seen befooooooore!". I need help.

One of my biggest bummers from childhood. I never did get to try Koogle. My parents could afford it but were just too darned practical!
I loved this stuff! My dad worked for Kraft, so he brought it home to us when it first came out, I don't know why it didn't go over very well.

Sooo happy to find this thread! I have tried to remind people of these two products for years! Nobody seems to remember! I started to doubt myself. I love that some of you remember the commercial and jingle. I also remember Big M's, basically the same thing as Super 2. I'd love to see that commercial if ya's found it!
Hi Toonces Sadly never got an email about the commercial. I even tried to find a picture of Super 2 milk ..nothing. It is almost it never existed. I tried to find even the song writer or the singer group who sang Super 2 commercial. Nothing! That where you say: the internet does not hold everything.
I have a Super2 poster showing a young girl, there was one also showing a young guy. These adds were deemed too sexy and were pulled. I do not know if this is true but I was told in slow motion a topless girl could be seen in video.
Super 2 commercials...all girls under age of 16, so there were serious legal ramifications, resulting in death of advertising (print and. T.v.) I drank this stuff all the time..at age 9
Oh this is hilarious...I was humming the Super 2 theme this morning and decided to google it and found this thread. OK, here's what I know. Super 2 was test marketed in Ottawa, Kingston and the Maritimes in Canada around 1980. I remember the commercials and the jingle very well. I also think I may know who wrote the jingle because i heard him interviewed on CFRA in Ottawa during the launch. I will look into it and post again.

wow i have been searching the web for anything about super2 milk..was starting to think I was losing it..none of my friends remembered it..weird how we can't find anything on the web about it..thanks for this thread...amazed it started in 2008 and people are still wondering 8 years later!

I'd put the test marketing at 1976, possibly as late as '78. One day during lunch hour, a white jeep pulled into the schoolyard (Elmdale) and a bunch of teens in white shirts and shorts hopped out and gave us all small cartons of Super 2. We were all duly impressed.
I also thought I was the only one who remembered Super 2 milk and the commercials. I drank it in 1980 to 1981 in Sydney, Nova Scotia until I moved to toronto in the summer of '81. Havent seen it or the commercial since.
Does anyone know which company made Super 2?
I also found this post while searching for Super 2. I am trying to dig up images of the 77/78 International Scout II that the girls drove around in promoting the product. I remember the TV commercials, and saw the girls with the Scout in New Glasgow Nova Scotia back in the day, handing out samples of Super 2.
